Prior to March 2019, ESGC Bootcamp™ programs were hosted on-location around the country. Since March of 2019, our programs have continued as virtual offerings, but as soon as it's safe, we'll be back with on-location programs, too.

To be honest, we're still figuring this out. Originally, we were fairly convinced this would be a program that would only attract Business Development Executives and Professionals from small companies.

The evolution of Government Contracting has changed how companies conduct Business Development and all other aspects of their growth activities. That never gets old.

The 2-Day Immersion is the heart of Bootcamp Complete. When we first launched Bootcamp in 2009, it was only a sixty minute program. That changed quickly based on feedback and research. It went to four hours, a half-day, one-day and finally two-days. 

Here's what you can expect at a 2-Day Immersion:

  • Each day begins with a Coffee Chat (virtual) or a Bootcamp Breakfast (on-location). It's an opportunity for everyone to get to know one another before the classwork begins.
  • There are a total of twelve (12) modules we'll cover over the two days.
  • Lot's of discussions!
  • Lot's of hand-on activities!
  • Lot's of breaks built in, including a lunch break each day.

The Immersion is exactly what it says. We're going to expose you to a lot of information. Some of it you may know, some of it you won't (regardless of your experience level). In addition to traditional instruction related to the Business Development Life Cycle, we take you to sources of information you'll find helpful when prospecting, qualifying and pursuing opportunities.

And then there is the Level-Set. 

This is the part of the program where we provide you ground truth about terms you've heard and seen, classification systems and much more. Did we mention the quizzes?

We're so glad you asked! In the last few years, several participants have tried to tempt us into making Bootcamp longer. You know, like three days!

The Bootcamp Complete Group Coaching is how we keep the Immersion at two days. 

First, it gives participants an opportunity to let their brains cool off after Immersion. It's pretty intense! It also allows you to revisit some or all of the program based on what was most important and relevant to you. 

Next, there are Action Plans. These are goal-based activities that we have set-up to help guide you to implementing what you learned. For each month of the four total, we've selected the topics for which we receive the most requests for assistance. Each month also features a group coaching call facilitated by one of our instruction team.

Finally, there is plenty of additional resource material such as videos, articles and links. We add to it as new information is developed or found. 

How's that sound?

Every ESGC Bootcamp Complete™ is schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

The number has been and will stay at fifteen (15). It's a nice size for a collaborative group, virtually or in-person.

The only exception to that is when we do company-specific programs.

Certainly. The easiest way to do this is to "buy out" a scheduled Bootcamp. This means no other registrations can have been received (from someone outside of your group).
